59th anniversary of Congo’s independence
The Congo celebrates 59 years of Lipanda (Lingala) or Indépendance (in French), this year 2019. For the occasion, a gal dinner was organized in honour by the Congolese’s Brazzaville community of Maine in a luxurious hall, in Portland. Several other members of the other communities were invited. The ceremony was marked by several stages including the opening of the dinner by the national anthem of the Republic and the United States, the welcoming word of the ceremony set, the speech of the President of the community… As it is of culture, the sappers did not spare at this great ceremony.
